How to install COVEN Resource Pack:
- Most resource packs require Optifine, so be sure to download and install it. – general recommended step for all packs, Optifine is also needed for most shaders
- Download the COVEN texture pack for Minecraft from the download section below. – if there are many different versions, just choose the one you like, is compatible with your version/edition of Minecraft, the one you think your computer can handle in terms of performance.
- Launch the game client through the Minecraft launcher.
- On the main menu, click "Options".
- On the options menu, click "Resource Packs...".
- Click on "Open Resource Pack Folder". – folder titled "resourcepacks" will pop up
- Move the .zip file you downloaded in the first step to the newly opened "resourcepacks" folder.
- Click "Done".
- Click on "Resource Packs..." again.
- Your pack should have appeared in the left window, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
QUICK TIP: Sometimes, when activating a pack, the game may say that the pack is made for a newer or older version of Minecraft. This is just a warning, it does not affect your gameplay in anyway, and you can still activate and enjoy the pack by simply clicking the "Yes" button when prompted.
- Click "Done" again.
- The pack has now been successfully loaded and ready to be used in your world!
Important:
- The pack works without Optifine, but if you want PBR functionality, you will need either Iris or Optifine.
- SEUS shaders are not recommended, it won’t work.
- Designed specifically for use with any LabPBR shader.
- Complementary Reimagined or BSL shaders are recommended for best performance, KAPPA or Nostalgia/NostalgiaVX for best graphics.

Before commenting that the resource pack crashed your game, google your crash log. This is usually a graphic card driver issue.

I tried this, but the icons don’t update to how the items should look. Everything looks vanilla in my hand/inventory. I’m quite sad as this looked like a beautiful pack. The only time things update the look is when I put them down. There also isn’t a nice shine to the metal like in the photos.

1. The pack is under development and does not replace all textures at the moment.
2. Metals look different because you have different/incorrectly configured shaders. To display metals correctly, you need to enable this feature in your shader pack, if it is available at all.

Really beautiful. I’m glad it works with complimentary shaders. There are a few things like how the cornflower doesn’t have a texture and such but wow this is sooo beautiful ^_^

I use this texture pack and reccomended shaders, but the metal elements like anvil don’t shine as on your screenshots preveiw. Why is that?

They are 2 completely different resource packs, one will overwrite the other.

Mizunos is a 16x resolution paсk, which is inconsistent with Сoven’s resolution. You can try to combine with packs of the same resolution. Just put Coven in the list of packs above, so that it overwrites the textures of the other pack. This may not always work correctly, keep in mind
