How to install World War I Resource Pack:
- Most resource packs require Optifine, so be sure to download and install it. – general recommended step for all packs, Optifine is also needed for most shaders
- Download the World War I texture pack for Minecraft from the download section below. – if there are many different versions, just choose the one you like, is compatible with your version/edition of Minecraft, the one you think your computer can handle in terms of performance.
- Launch the game client through the Minecraft launcher.
- On the main menu, click "Options".
- On the options menu, click "Resource Packs...".
- Click on "Open Resource Pack Folder". – folder titled "resourcepacks" will pop up
- Move the .zip file you downloaded in the first step to the newly opened "resourcepacks" folder.
- Click "Done".
- Click on "Resource Packs..." again.
- Your pack should have appeared in the left window, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
QUICK TIP: Sometimes, when activating a pack, the game may say that the pack is made for a newer or older version of Minecraft. This is just a warning, it does not affect your gameplay in anyway, and you can still activate and enjoy the pack by simply clicking the "Yes" button when prompted.
- Click "Done" again.
- The pack has now been successfully loaded and ready to be used in your world!

Sweet Berries are Barbed Wire in this pack and it really is an odd sight to see a chap gnawing on Barbed Wire… I think i got Banned from an SMP Cause I Kept FFing Someone who had the crap luck to only have Sweet berries… The last time was just out of spite and That might’ve been why though since they were the Admin

Wow! I really love this texture pack/ resource pack. It features well, mostly accurate things. Love how they use some blocks to make something like a WW1 thing. The only catch is that you have to get optifine for it and use commands but it’s easy to do. I went to the official website and found very cool commands for it. This might be the recommended resource pack for my new map. I just came across this and had a thought “This is perfect!”. My ideas for this resource pack are:
1. Music discs will be playing old time music,
2. Can Ravagers be tanks?
3. Emeralds will be money. (Use commands so that you can get German money, British money, ect)
4. Villagers will be citizens (Mostly British I guess)
5. Make use of the new nether update for new blocks.
This resource pack has allot of potential. I would Love to see what’s next. If the devs are reading this, thanks for this resource pack :]
