As expected, Minecraft 1.21.6 resource packs are already available, with creators updating their texture packs to match the latest version so players can enjoy the refreshed world in full detail. One of the most unique additions is the introduction of happy ghasts — a gentle, rideable version of the traditional ghast. These friendly creatures can carry up to four players at once through the air, offering a brand-new way to explore the skies. To ride them, players will need the newly added harness, a special item that makes the passive ghast mountable. Beyond that, the update fine-tunes gameplay with improved shears and leads, adds the ability to craft saddles, and expands the game’s soundscape with new ambient music and the “Tears” music disc.
