With Finlandia resource pack you will greatly improve the graphics of minecraft. All the things, including the blocks and items there will be more realistic. Trees and rivers will also look more realistic.

Authors of this resource pack managed to create a truly realistic set of textures and I can say that they have succeeded in this. As you might understand, Finlandia Photo-Realism created in order to make the game look more realistic and modern. That is why I recommend you to shaders mod with this resource pack. But if you do not have a powerful or strong computer, you can try this pack without shaders.

don’t be surprised if the water isn’t glossy, that’s a custom shader pack and used in videos and screenshots to advertise and attract people, however, if you have a quite decent PC/Laptop and maybe a new i5 core minimum and a decent amount of ram and some modding experience, the resource pack as advertised is compatible with this or other resource packs using shader pack screenshots, I prefer laggless shaders, there good for starting out, optimized, and have the reflective water and wavy leafs. heres a link to a laggless shaders mod, –> http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/2585298-1-8-1-10-2-sflp-shaders-shaders-for-low-end-pcs

2-3 Gbs ram recommended and at least a Dual core 1.7 Ghz

works with 1.8 all the way to 1.10.2 hope this helps you beginner modders! ;D
(and as always, virus free, for gosh sakes…)
