Comment Policy

We at resourcepack.net are always thrilled to hear from you. We highly encourage you to share your opinions, constructive criticism, and suggestions. Your feedback is essential for both our team’s growth and the talented creators whose projects are featured on our website.

To ensure our platform remains an open, welcoming, and safe community for everyone, we actively moderate our comment sections. Whenever you submit a comment, it will temporarily be visible only to you and our moderation team. We review submissions to prevent the spread of insults, inappropriate language, and spam. If a comment violates our guidelines, it will be permanently removed.

Community Rules and Guidelines

  • No All-Caps: Writing entirely in capital letters is not permitted, even for short phrases. Let us work together to keep the comment section visually clean and easy to read.
  • Respectful Language: Please refrain from using swear words, racial slurs, or any form of inappropriate language. We have a zero-tolerance policy for toxic behavior. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban from our comment section, restricting your ability to post while still allowing you to browse the site.
  • No External Links: Do not include URLs or links in your comments. Our automated spam filters immediately remove any submissions containing web addresses, even if they point to official creator pages. If you need to share an important link with us, please use our contact page instead.
  • Appropriate Usernames: You are welcome to use any pseudonym as long as it adheres to our language rules. However, strictly avoid nicknames designed to impersonate our moderators, staff members, or content creators.
  • Incompatibility Warnings: We will no longer approve comments simply reporting an incompatibility message in the game. This warning can usually be bypassed safely by clicking yes when prompted. For more details, please search for our guide on how to fix the older version problem with resource packs.
  • Game Crashes: Before leaving a comment stating that a pack crashed your game, we strongly recommend searching your specific crash log online. In most cases, these crashes stem from outdated graphics card drivers rather than the pack itself.

Keeping Our Community Safe

Our main goal is to foster a safe and engaging environment for players. While our manual moderation process might occasionally slow down the appearance of new comments, we firmly believe it is a necessary step to protect our community. If your comment is deleted for breaking a rule, you are always welcome to try again while keeping our guidelines in mind.
